What is your policy on hair corrections or adjustments?If you’re not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours. We offer complimentary corrections or adjustments within a week of the original appointment.

How often should I get my hair cut?Sharper styles tend to grow out better, meaning you can wait a little longer for a trim. If you want to keep your hair at the same length, get it cut every 6 to 8 weeks. But if you want to grow it a little longer, cut it every 8 to 12 weeks.

Is gratuity included in the service price?Gratuity is not included in the service price. It is appreciated and can be added to your payment or given in cash. A tip of 15-20% of the service cost is customary.
